Role : Customer Care Executive / Customer Service Executive

Location: Guru Harikishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar (Rajmandir Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and in-store queries in a courteous and professional manner

Assist customers with product availability, pricing, store timings, and return/exchange policies

Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and prompt action

Coordinate with billing, floor staff, and department heads for faster resolutions

Log all customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints accurately

Follow up on escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Assist during high-traffic hours in managing customer queues and store support

Maintain records as per SOP and ensure compliance with company policies


Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduate degree preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Experience in retail, customer care, or BPO is a plus

Comfortable handling calls and in-person interactions

Familiarity with basic computer applications and billing systems

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
