* Support Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer assistance and resolve inquiries with efficiency.

* Compliance: Maintain professional standards in alignment with banking service protocols.

* Communication: Manage multi-channel communications effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


📜Candidate Qualifications


* Education: Graduation is mandatory.

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of documented (on-paper) experience in Customer Care.

* Language: Exceptional proficiency in English (both Verbal & Written).


💰Compensation & Benefits


* Salary (CTC): ₹25,375 per month Net Take-Home: ₹20,500 (After PF and Gratuity deductions)

* Perks: Comprehensive Medical Insurance coverage included.


🔁Shift & Schedule


* Female Employees: Rotational 9-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM window).

* Male Employees: 24/7 Rotational shifts.

* Structure: 6 days a week with rotational week-offs.
