Customer Care Executive

Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and chat support
• Maintain customer records and update data in the system
• Manage WhatsApp communication.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate when required
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Basic computer skills (Typing, MS Office, Emails)
• General IT awareness & quick learning ability

🔹 Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Freshers can apply
• Prior customer support experience is an added advantage

🔹 Personal Attributes

• Good listener with problem-solving attitude
• Polite, patient & customer-focused
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tools
