- Orders, tracking aur delivery issues handle karna
- Returns & exchange requests manage karna
- Polite aur professional communication maintain karna
- Daily customer follow-ups
- ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Instagram & email handling ka experience
- Patience aur problem-solving skills
- Makeup / Beauty industry ka basic knowledge (Preferred)
