Customer Care Executive

• A Customer Care Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the bridge between the company and its clients, handling complaints, providing information, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. 
• Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary. 
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely resolution and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction. 
• Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve issues.
