Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a proactive Telesales & Customer Support Executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent after-sales support. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and the capability to manage both sales conversations and support queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to promote products/services.
• Convert incoming leads into successful sales by explaining product features and benefits.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery timelines, and policies.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, replacements, and technical queries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or order management systems).
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred.
• Experience handling e-commerce or product-based sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
