Customer Care Executive – Medicare

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team at Medicare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients for order follow-ups
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders
• Resolve complaints and ensure timely response
• Support the sales team with product availability updates

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in pharma or trading preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
