Job Description

We are currently hiring for the International process with the following eligibility and offer details:


Eligibility:

Graduates (Freshers)

Undergraduates with 6 months of international BPO experience


Incentives & Bonuses:

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500 (for 100% attendance, 3 months)


Roles and Responsibilities :


Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed.

Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication


Assessment Criteria:

Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM

Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%

AMCAT Threshold Score: 65
