Job Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience for our customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Provide clear information and guidance about company services and travel packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Candidate Requirements:Prior experience in customer support or client servicing is a plus , freshers are also eligible to apply if you have good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi And English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm approach under pressure.
- Graduate in any discipline.
