Customer Engagement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Engagement Executive who will be responsible for calling leads, taking regular updates, and identifying interested prospects. The role requires strong communication skills and a structured approach to lead handling.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads
• Take regular follow-ups and updates from leads
• Understand customer interest and requirements
• Segregate interested and non-interested leads
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for further process
• Ensure timely updates and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
