Job Description
Role: B2B Onboarding Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with all incoming B2B leads (boutiques & designers) within defined TAT
- Understand their sourcing needs and explain our B2B network benefits
- Pitch and convince leads to join the platform
- Share initial fabric designs, collections, and pricing structure
- Coordinate and complete business verification & KYC process
- Resolve onboarding queries and objections
- Add approved partners to relevant WhatsApp / community groups
- Ensure smooth handover from lead to active sourcing partner
- Maintain lead status, onboarding tracker, and basic CRM updates
