1. Customer Onboarding & First ExperienceWelcome new customers and explain services/products clearly

• Ensure smooth onboarding without confusion or delays
• Set the right expectations (very important to avoid future dissatisfaction)

2. Relationship ManagementBuild strong, trust-based relationships with customers

• Maintain regular follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer

👉 Customer should feel: “This person understands my needs.”

3. Query & Complaint HandlingResolve customer queries quickly and professionally

• Handle complaints without argument or defensiveness
• Coordinate internally (HR, operations, accounts) to solve issues

👉 A good CRE turns complaints into loyalty opportunities.

4. Customer Retention & EngagementTrack customer satisfaction and engagement levels

• Identify unhappy or inactive clients and take proactive action
• Maintain long-term relationships to reduce churn

👉 Retention is cheaper than acquiring a new client.

5. Upselling & Cross-SellingIdentify opportunities to offer additional services

• Suggest upgrades or new solutions based on customer needs
• Work closely with sales team for revenue growth
