Customer Relations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients. The key responsibilities include coordinating with existing and new clients, fixing appointments with prospective clients over the phone, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be polite and confident while speaking on calls, and possess basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel for maintaining client records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients on a regular basis
• Fix appointments with new clients via phone calls
• Maintain client data and follow-ups
• Basic data entry and reporting using MS Excel
