Job Description: CRO Team Leader (Customer Relationship Officer – TL)

Location: Mehrauli

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the CRE team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Monitor inbound and outbound customer calls related to service bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of customer concerns
• Coordinate with service advisors, workshop teams, and management to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer relationship management or call center operations
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (automobile/service industry preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
