Job Description
Urgent hiring for a Customer Relationship Manager or a Patient Support executive for a skin & hair clinic.
Call people who have shown interest in our services (from Google, website, or social
media leads).
- Explain our skin and hair treatments clearly.
- Answer patient questions politely.
- Convince interested people to book an appointment at the clinic.
- Follow up with patients who showed interest earlier.
- Keep records of calls and patient details in the CRM system.
- Work to achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Share feedback about patient queries with the team
