JOB DESCRIPTION :-

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, handling client queries, improving customer satisfaction, and generating repeat business for the company.

KEY RESPONSBILITES :-

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update them in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients for repeat orders or services.
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
• Prepare customer reports and maintain sales data.
