Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Telecaller for our DSA operations. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on pending payments, and maintaining proper communication to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups.
• Handle collection-related queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with the field collection team when required.
• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or loan follow-up will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM handling.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Salary:

As per industry standards + Performance incentives.

Working Days:

6 Days a week
