Job Description :

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Key Responsibility :

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
