*Roles and Responsibilities*

.Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

.Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds sales, general insurance sales, investment products, etc.

.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and product penetration.

.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape..

.Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex queries from diverse customer base.

.Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
