Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and respond to customer communications across email and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, order updates, returns, refunds, and product-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer emails and WhatsApp messages daily.
• Respond to customer queries regarding orders, payments, shipping, returns, and products.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
• Track and report common customer concerns to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or CRM, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business platform.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
