Job Title: CRM Manager - Real Estate (Post-Sales & Customer Service)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday Fixed Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CRM Manager to lead our post-sales customer engagement process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring a seamless handover process, handling customer queries, and enhancing overall satisfaction levels in a structured and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers post-sale

- Handle all post-sale communication including documentation, updates, and possession support

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects) to ensure timely issue resolution

- Follow up on payment schedules, demand letters, and possession-related documentation

- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction

- Organize customer engagement events, surveys, and retention initiatives

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for customer service performance

- Recommend improvements in customer handling processes based on feedback

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3-7 years of experience in CRM/Customer Service, Payment Collection, Documents Preparation, Agreements Etc. preferably in real estate

- Sound knowledge of Construction For resolving the customer queries for any Changes in their Aparments, 2/3BHKFlats etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools

- Professional, mature, and solution-oriented approach

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
