🧩 Role Overview- Manage client communication, support sales, and handle after-sales service.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to targeted CX-level prospects (leads provided).
• Promote company products & services and collect feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
• Provide after-sales support, including query resolution.
• Support the sales team for smooth client experience.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
• Minimum Graduation preferred
