Customer Service Coordinator

As Job Responsibilities ,you will attend to all complaint/ service calls received in office from 10 am to 6.30 pm, you will note all the calls in the call receiving register and allocate the call to office technicians,you will have to followup with customer regarding quality of service and timely resolution of problem,you will have to add on complaint calls to the technician received during the day,you have track the technician if they do not reach customer office on time, you have to maintain one day prior service reports of technicians, you have to be patient and cool while responding to customer calls even if customers are rude on call. A female with low patience level should avoid applying. You will have to follow-up for payment and other related customer coordination work.
