Job Description
We are looking for minimum 2 years experience from COURIER AND LOGISTICS ONLY, for customer service role.
- Customer Service should be well versed in handling Pickups for our customers.
- Customer Service should be well versed in handling deliveries for our customers.
- Customer Service should be well versed in handling Major /Key customers for us.
- Customer Service should be well versed in handling and responding to our customer emails for us.
- Customer Service role is a 6-day week, Monday to Saturday.
- Interviews is planned for Mon, Wed and Fri, only starting next week 08 Dec onwards till 22 Dec.
NOTE - ONCE AGAIN WE ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM COURIER AND LOGISTICS ONLY.
