Job Description
- Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Blended ProcessHandle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Use MS Excel for data entry, trackers, and basic reporting
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in blended process (voice & non-voice) preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
