Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Blended ProcessHandle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reports
  • Use MS Excel for data entry, trackers, and basic reporting
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in blended process (voice & non-voice) preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
