Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales Support Executive (Appointment Setter) who can confidently connect with potential clients and help them take the first step toward better health.

You’ll be responsible for handling leads, understanding client needs, and scheduling consultations with our expert coaches. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and message inquiriesQualify leads and communicate our service offerings effectively Book and manage appointments with the sales and coaching teams Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointmentsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding processRequirements1 year of experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting ( freshers can apply as well) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with CRM tools is a plusFluency in English and HindiEmpathetic & organisedIndustryEducationEmployment TypeFull-time
