ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of business development, client servicing, and advocate coordination. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our panel of senior advocates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new clients requiring legal or debt resolution services.
• Explain Solvncee's services clearly and convert leads into active clients.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and referrals to close new accounts.

Client Management & Retention

• Conduct regular follow-up calls with existing clients for monthly retainer fee collection.
• Address client queries promptly and provide accurate case status updates.
• Maintain detailed call records, interaction logs, and client follow-up schedules.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term client retention.

Advocate Coordination

• Act as the key liaison between clients and senior advocates on the Solvncee panel.
• Coordinate with advocates to ensure clients receive timely legal support.
• Support quick and amicable settlements by facilitating communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure clients are protected from undue harassment or pressure from recovery agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, tele-calling, or collections is preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial or legal processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and follow up on multiple accounts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is advantageous.
