Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Customer Support & AMC Executive who can manage client communication, handle service requests, prepare AMC proposals, and assist with documentation work. The candidate should be capable of handling clients professionally under pressure, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Customer SupportHandle client calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
  • Respond to client complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper communication with clients until the problem is resolved.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue resolution.
  • 2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) ManagementPrepare and send AMC proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Maintain records of AMC customers and renewal schedules.
  • Follow up with clients for AMC renewals and service schedules.
  • 3. Service Request & Problem ManagementMaintain a customer complaint and problem list.
  • Track service calls from complaint registration to closure.
  • Schedule engineer visits and coordinate service activities.
  • 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed Excel sheets for customer complaints, service reports, and AMC data.
  • Prepare service reports, handover reports, and documentation for completed projects.
  • Maintain proper records of client communication and service history.
  • 5. Tender & Proposal SupportAssist in tender documentation and submission process.
  • Prepare documents required for tender participation and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs required in tenders.
  • Required SkillsStrong client communication and handling skills.
  • Ability to handle clients calmly under pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of professional email communication with clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation work.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and reports.
  • Preferred QualificationGraduate in any field.
  • Experience in Customer Support / Service Coordination / AMC Management.
  • Experience in documentation, report preparation, or tender work preferred.
  • Experience in AV industry or technical service company will be an added advantage.
