Customer Support Executive

Qualification: Graduates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Salary: 2-4 Lacs             

Experience: 1-3 yrs.

Location: Delhi (Work from office)

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team and contribute to generating sales and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate over the phone, close sales deals, and provide excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

1. Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the product, services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

1. Customer Interaction:

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the products or services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

1. Sales and Conversion:

• Persuade customers to purchase products or services by demonstrating their benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high conversion rate by efficiently closing sales deals.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
• Update CRM with customer information and sales progress.

1. Feedback Collection:

• Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.
• Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a Graduate.
• Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
