Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with order inquiries, product information, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and return/exchange requests.
- Collaborate with other teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product concerns to help improve the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred.
