Job Summary:

As a Customer Care and Operations Executive, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information with a friendly and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Provide product recommendations and styling advice when needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and Orders.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• NDR handling
• Orders confirmation
• Shipping
• Stay updated on Crazy Toes’ latest collections, offers, and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
• Good communication skills (both English and Hindi)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
• Having a good nag of Social Media is a plus.
