Job Description
Drivestylish is an Online Car Accessories Store which provide doorstep delivery for all car accessories. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive:-
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally
- Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp (orders, products, delivery, returns, etc.)
- Assist customers in product selection and order tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper call & chat records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Prior experience in customer support / e-commerce preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, calls & basic computer tools
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
