Job Description

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, ensuring professional and timely handling of shipment inquiries.

Shipment Tracking & Monitoring:

Proactively monitor shipments across international routes and ensure smooth and reliable delivery.

Problem Solving & Coordination:

Work closely with operations and customs teams to resolve issues efficiently, gaining strong cross-functional exposure.

Quotations & Booking:

Prepare competitive quotations and manage booking processes accurately.

Cross-functional Exposure:

Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams, providing you with a broader understanding of business operations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

Share customer insights and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure adherence to international logistics regulations and internal quality standards.
