Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Healthcare / Diagnostics)
š Location:Chhatarpur, New Delhi
Nearest Metro Station: Qutab Minar
š Job Type:Full-Time (Office-based)

š Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate information on diagnostic tests (MRI, CT Scan, Blood Tests, etc.)
- Share test prices and explain procedures clearly to customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments at nearby diagnostic centres
- Coordinate with diagnostic centres for availability and bookings
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and appointments
- Ensure a professional and empathetic customer experience
ā Requirements:Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English
- Prior experience in customer support / healthcare / call center is a plus
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp chats simultaneously
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- šÆ Preferred Candidate:Experience in diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare platform
- Familiar with MRI, CT Scan, Pathology test booking process (preferred but not mandatory)
