Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other channels
- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
- Act as the Grievance Officer for complaint handling and escalation management
- Maintain proper documentation and logs of all complaints and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to customer grievance handling
- Provide regular reports on complaint trends, status, and resolution timelines
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–9 years of experience in customer support or complaint handling (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Customer-centric mindset
