Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
  • Act as the Grievance Officer for complaint handling and escalation management
  • Maintain proper documentation and logs of all complaints and resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to customer grievance handling
  • Provide regular reports on complaint trends, status, and resolution timelines
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–9 years of experience in customer support or complaint handling (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset
