πΌ Role: Customer Support Executive β Pure Customer Service (No Sales)
π Location: Mumbai (Thane / Malad / Virar / Bhandup / Andheri / Navi Mumbai & many more)
π Experience: Freshers can also apply | 1+ year BPO experience mandatory for international voice | International experience preferred
π― Preference: International Process | Versant 5+ required
πΈ Salary: Domestic β 13k to 30k/month + incentives | International β up to 50k/month
- πΉ Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls for domestic & international customers
- Resolve queries, complaints & service requests π§©
- Provide accurate info on products & services
- Maintain call logs & CRM records
- Follow SLA, TAT & quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution β‘
- Achieve AHT, CSAT & resolution metrics
- πΉ Skills Required:1+ year BPO experience mandatory
- Versant score 5+ (mandatory)
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric, patient & empathetic π
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
- International experience preferred
- πΉ Work Timings: Rotational(24*7)
