📢 Hiring: Customer Support & Logistics Executive Company: GAENIUS PRIVATE LIMITED (Zarkan)
Location: Lajpat Nagar (Near Metro)
Role:
Handle both customer support + logistics operations
Key Work:
- Customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Order confirmation & NDR handling
- Courier coordination & shipment tracking
- Returns & delivery issue resolution
Requirements:
- Good communication (basic English)
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- E-commerce experience preferred
