Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who is dynamic and result-driven individual with a passion for building strong relationships with clients to join our team!

We are India's leading D2C hair color brand, so your responsibility will be to connect with our users or website visitors and explain the product USP to them and guide them on the usage, ensuring clear understanding ideally leading to upselling other allied hair care products.

1. build and maintain strong relationships with clients via telephone, emails & WhatsApp chat

2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take measures to resolve any issues or complaint'

An understanding of beauty and hair would be a plus along with strong communication skills and good English.
