Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Job Type: Internship (Full-Time, On-Site)
Vacancies: 1 Position
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Fresher Preferred)
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Gender: Male preferred
- Required Documents: Aadhar Card and PAN Card
- Job Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Willingness to work from the Okhla office location
