Cutting Master For Sports Wear

The Candidates should have below skill set.

1. Understanding of sportswear fabrics like Polyester Microfiber/Poly-Spandex / Lycra/Mesh fabrics/Interlock & Dry-fit fabrics. fleece fabric. Fabric stretch direction, and shrinkage.
2. Strong knowledge of pattern making for sports jerseys (round-neck, V-neck, shorts, hoodies etc).
3. Ability to understand and use paper patterns, markers, and spec sheets.
4. Operating and maintaining of machines:

• Straight-cutting machines
• Band knife machine
• Knowledge of sublimation printing machine

5. Soft Skills

• Ability to manage a team of tailors and helpers.
• Good communication with tailors, supervisors, and production managers.
• Time management to meet delivery deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
