Dance Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and passionate Dance Teachers who can also perform the role of Zumba Trainers at our fitness studio, Steppers Do The Steps. The ideal candidate should have rhythm, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and engage students through fun and effective dance fitness sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily Zumba and dance fitness classes for individuals and groups.
• Teach and demonstrate dance routines with energy and clarity.
• Encourage students to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Create engaging class playlists and choreographies.
• Maintain attendance and ensure punctuality for sessions.
• Assist in organizing dance events, workshops, and fitness programs.
• Ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all participants.
