Job Description – Process Coordinator

Role Title: Process Coordinator

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Objective

The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between Purchase, Store, Production, Packing, and Dispatch departments. The role focuses on maintaining process flow, tracking daily activities, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks to support smooth manufacturing and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between purchase, store, production, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Track daily process activities and ensure execution as per planning.
• Follow up with departments for pending work and updates.
• Maintain daily reports, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
• Support inventory and dispatch coordination.
• Identify process delays and inform management.
• Maintain records in Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure proper communication between departments to avoid delays.

Experience & Skill Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in process coordination or operations (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and organizational ability.
• ERP or inventory system knowledge will be an added advantage.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
