Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer, booking, billing, and operational data accurately into company databases
• Update and maintain records, invoices, and reports on a regular basis
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for data verification
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Generate basic reports as required by management
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Basic understanding of billing or invoice entries (preferred)
