Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain logistical dockets, packing lists, invoices, and dispatch records

Email shipping documents and order confirmations to clients and internal teams

Enter and verify order, shipment, and inventory data in company systems

Maintain organized digital records of all dispatched orders

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure correct documentation

Track dispatch status and update records as required

Perform basic computer and administrative tasks such as file management, scanning, and data formatting

Identify and correct data errors or mismatches before documents are sent
