Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily operational data, creating and updating sheets, and supporting process improvements through organized data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily data records and entries accurately
• Handle material inward and outward entries
• Update and manage supply sheets and purchase sheets
• Maintain employee attendance records
• Record daily production data
• Manage stock tracking and inventory records
• Create, update, and optimize Excel sheets to simplify processes and improve efficiency
• Provide operational support through structured data management and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize data and maintain records systematically
• Proactive approach to improving existing sheets and workflows
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to create formulas, basic reports, and structured trackers in Excel
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support operational tasks
