We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining consignment-related data received from various branches. The role ensures that all entries are accurate, timely, and aligned with company processes to support smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter consignment details such as loading date, truck number, source, destination, unloading date, and POD status in the company database or ERP system.
• Verify data submitted by branches and ensure it matches supporting documents and standard formats.
• Communicate with branch staff to clarify or correct any discrepancies or missing information in the data submitted.
• Track and maintain logs of received entries and follow up on pending submissions from branches.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure data consistency and completeness across all records.
• Escalate any recurring data errors or delays to the operations or audit team.
• Collaborate with MIS and Billing teams to ensure synced and accurate data flow for reporting and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations (preferably in logistics or transportation industry).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English) for coordination with branches.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
