Job Title: Billing Executive / Computer Operator

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Executive / Computer Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in billing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Tally and strong computer skills. Experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately generate and process bills/invoices using Tally and other relevant software.
• Maintain and update billing records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of shipments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or as a computer operator.
• Proficient in Tally and basic computer operations (MS Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
