Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into computer systems and software.

Update and maintain records, databases, and files.

Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and maintain reports and documents.

Handle data correction, validation, and backup activities.

Maintain confidentiality and data security.

Coordinate with team members to ensure data consistency.

Perform basic administrative and back office tasks.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is an advantage.

Good typing speed with accuracy.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).

Attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP, CRM, or accounting software.

Knowledge of internet and email handling.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
