Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with relevant experience in accounting and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in handling day-to-day accounting operations using ERP software such as Tally or Nivision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of books of accounts in ERP system (Tally / Nivision).
• Passing journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and bank entries.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Preparation of invoices and maintenance of receivables and payables.
• Assisting in GST data preparation and other statutory compliances.
• Preparation of MIS reports and data analysis using Excel.
• Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience in Tally or Nivision ERP.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
• Good command over English (written and spoken).
• Sound understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
