Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with a basic understanding of automotive components and vehicle systems. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry related to vehicle details, parts, dismantling records, compliance forms, and inventory into the AutoLoop platform.

This role is critical in ensuring traceability, compliance accuracy, and financial reconciliation within the ELV ecosystem.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesEnter vehicle details (Make, Model, Variant, Engine No., Chassis No., Fuel Type, etc.)
• Upload and validate regulatory forms (Form 2, 2A, 3, 6, 10, etc.)
• Record dismantled parts and map them correctly as per BOM hierarchy
• Maintain inventory entries for reusable components and scrap materials
• Verify RC details via VAHAN records (if applicable)
• Cross-check data accuracy before submission
• Support compliance documentation tracking
• Coordinate with operations team for missing data
• Maintain daily reporting sheet of entries completed
• 🚗 Good to Have (Automotive Background)ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering (preferred)
• Experience in workshop, dealership, scrap yard, or RVSF
• Basic understanding of:

• LMV / 2W / CV classification
• Fuel types (Petrol, Diesel, CNG, EV)
• Familiarity with automotive documentation
